Bed & Breakfast Accommodation

We have three accommodation options. 

Each is very clean and well aired, with excellent comfortable beds featuring quality linen and bathtowels.  Bathrooms have good water pressure and simple toiletries (soap, shampoos) and hairdryers in each room.  All rooms have ample cupboard and storage options too.  

Breakfasts are served from 7.30am until 9.00am usually.   Our continental breakfast is included in the overnight tariff and is made up of freshly prepared coffee and tea, Kurt’s home made breads and jams, a selection of cereals and our own preserved fruits.

Check-in time from 2.00pm onwards.  Check-out time is 10.00am.
Te Kouma B&B is a non-smoking environment.

Queen Apartment ($130-150 per night/seasonal)

The self-contained apartment is in the sub-level of the house and has its own private entrance and wide harbour views.  It has a kitchen area equipped with an oven, stove, coffee and tea making facilities.

There is a big, comfortable queen bedroom and a spacious shower bathroom, with a separate toilet.  The living area features specially chosen lounge couches which can be adapted for twin or double sleeping, so the apartment can easily accommodate parents and two children, for example.
 
There is a flat screen plasma tv, a radio, and best of all, a great verandah deck to sit outside and enjoy the super sea views on the beautiful evenings which are such a great pleasure to us and our visitors.

Queen Ensuite ($130 -150 per night/seasonal)

The queen ensuite is located on the upper level of our home, and is designed for privacy being at the end of the west wing of the house. 

There is a generous sized, ensuite bathroom /toilet with a shower.

Foldback doors open out onto a sundeck with superb views of the Coromandel Harbour. 

And yes, its possible to lie in bed with the doors wide open and enjoy the views – this is a lovely private alcove!

Twin Share ($120 per night)

Our twin share accommodation is on the upper level, adjacent to the queen ensuite and joins via the outdoor balcony.  

The twin share room features two comfortable beds and is ideal as an option for parents travelling with children, or friends travelling together. 

The bathroom facilities are those shared with the main house;  the twin has no ensuite.
